The Monkey fist was originally created to attach to the end of a rope to allow the rope to be throw longer distances. Now days we like to make them just for key chains and decorations. These five are all made out of 550 paracord as well and here is good link to learn how to make them. Monkey's Fist video which is probably my favorite and most simple to follow.
